1 1/2 oz Cointreau
1/2 oz Apple juice
1 oz Monin violet syrup
3/4 oz Fresh lemon juice

Isn't this cocktail lovely?  I have a passion for anything violet, in colour and scent...

    THIS HAS TO BE LUSCIOUS! VIOLET SYRUP? When I was in Nice, France, I had some BLUE syrup that was as aqua blue as can be...some kind of flower, but WOW was that good with sparkling water....ENJOY YOUR WEEKEND MA BELLE!!! Anita
